Brittany Mautone service advisor took great care of me and my vehicle. She made sure I new what was going on and what my car needed. She also told me about future needs and when to return. Service was fast and efficient which I appreciate because I don't live near the dealership. I always have a great experience at this dealership.
I went in to service my 4 runner and came home with a new 2016 4 runner. The saleman is awesome. I purchased my other 4 runner from him also. I wasn't happy with the loan officer. He keep on drilling me to purchase a service contract that I didn't need. I also felt that he didn't give me the best interest available. I even told him the interest was high. Needless to say I got a better loan with a 1.5 interest lower than the one they give me. Some people would say that's not that much different, but it is the principal of the matter. So I am going for the lower interest rate. But that will not stop me from going back to purchase another car in the future. Next time I will be prepared to choose my loan company.
I had my van in the Body Shop for an estimate and even though they did not do the work they could not have been any nicer. The manager, Jason(?), I think his name was? He was very informative and fair in his treatment of my case. I could not get over the kindness of everyone from the "lot" men to the staff in the offices they were all great! I would definitely go back for service or to buy.
Mr. Salas was very patient and understanding when I asked questions .
