Really enjoyed working with Hays, Rob & Robin on this whole purchase. I wanted a hard to find RAV4 for and they were able to find exactly what I wanted. The car actually came in a week earlier than I expected. They helped me find and get the exact car I wanted in the timeframe I wanted to get it. All were very knowledgeable on options and help me sort through what I did and didn’t want. They were willing to stay late but had to actually come in early (my flight was late) so I could get the deal done and get in the road. Simple transaction and the deal I wanted! And I love the car. Needed something reliable and safe for my daughter. It is a great car and the sound system is excellent. Thanks team for a great experience.
