Many companies have lost my business when their salesman talks down to me (mansplaining). A woman buying on their own this happens more than it should. That was not my experience at Arlington Toyota. I went in to Arlington Toyota to look at some trucks because my Chevy Sonic was having issues and to be sure I wasn't going to get stranded somewhere in this car, I decided to buy me a Toyota Tacoma! 👍🏽😅 I bypassed on the 1st salesman, and then after Steve Jacobs was so nice in his approach, I decided to go with him. 😊 He walked me to the trucks that were on sale and let me look them over, and I ended up picking a White w/ Black trim used 2020 Toyota Tacoma. 👍🏽☺️ It had a couple of small issues, but the Sales Mgr (Roger) gave me a good deal on it and (Shaun) of the Service Dept took care of the details!
