Problem takes much to long to change oil and filter
Problem takes much to long to change oil and filter rotate tires especially when you have an appointment. My old dealership Within the time of two hrs would do the same service plus provide a complimentary vacuum and wash. I guess things change not always for the best. Service writer was very good at her job, kept me informed of the progress. Oh by the way I was there before my appointment time of 11:40 and didn’t get my vehicle back till almost 4:00pm. VAN is the MAN!!! Sunday I visited a number of dealerships with Arlington being my 5th and final for the day. It was my 3rd Toyota dealer. I went to 2 other brand dealers as well. As soon as pulled up, Van greeted me and by this point I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was quick to walk me directly to the cars- SO NO "I first need to take into the building and get some information from you" crap. We walked the lot with the specific vehicle type I had in mind. I liked that they had the largest selection from the two previous dealers that I visited in addition to the countless online research that I did. After narrowing my selection to 2 colors, he got the keys and we looked at each one of them and then I choose 1 to test drive. During the test drive, Van shared the amenities and features of the vehicle while carefully listening to my needs. When we returned he asked would I like to discuss numbers in which I accepted. He immediately provided the breakdown of the cost and what the anticipated monthly payment could be WITHOUT running credit. With this, I felt comfortable to proceed with having them run my credit and provide me with terms. I wasn't 100% sold on purchase on the 1st DAY that I began shopping. After to negotiate pricing with Van, he had the sales manager and then finance manager, Mr. Roger come over and they were only willing to knock off $200. In THIS market, this should be a steal and considering it is a Toyota. :) I told everyone that I would think it over and get back. But as I was walking out with Van, we discussed the incredible price and opportunity to purchase now since it was the LAST one of the particular trimline. And while there, YES, I did go online and check other nearby dealers and inventory on Cargurus.com and he was not only right but the prices were at least $1k-$2k if not more higher. So, on the spot, I told Van I changed my mind and wanted to proceed. Today, I completed my financing documents and the car was delivered. And I really couldn't be any happier. I was very hesitant after signing the documents because I purchased on the VERY FIRST day that I began shopping but I feel at peace because out of ALL the sales people that I met at other places, Van really cared and shared the right information about the vehicle's performance, warranties, and features since I have NEVER owned a Toyota before. I know buying a car can be nerve-wrecking process but if you are considering purchasing a Toyota, I would definitely RECOMMEND you ONLY see Van McCrae. And his direct number is (904) 414-6151. I even appreciated that he gave it to me to contact him personally with any questions or issues that I have with my car.

My experience with Arlington Toyota was not totally pleasant. The best part of it was, young Jontae Jean showing me the cars, I was impressed by his knowledge.... Now, we're (my brother, my son and myself) back inside to conclude the deal. we sat there for nearly three hours, just to see other customers who came after us, got served, and we were still waiting.... To make it short they did two hard inquiries on my credit: Arlington Motor Comp Inquiry from Apr 22, 2021 Automobile Dealers, New Southeast Toyota Fin Inquiry from Apr 22, 2021 I have a credit score of 845, I was only offered what their financial institutions had to offer. I was tricked into buying some extended warranty...but this morning, thanks God, I woke up to what I have signed for, (too tired after 5 hours to think/comprehend), went back there, redo the contract, at this point the trust has completely vanished... paid the balance, and walked out..

Great dealership. Paul Ponte was great with helping me purchase a new 2021 Sienna that came out of nowhere. I called from out of town, and he was able to hold the Siena for delivery until I could get over to Jacksonville. He kept me updated constantly and sent pictures of the van when it arrived at their facility. He was friendly, honest and straight up. Alan Thornton is an amazing asset for Arlington Toyota and the Toyota brand in general. He might me the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was not at all pushy and we felt at total ease dealing with him from start to finish. The experience continued to be positive as we moved in to finance and met Daniel Conger. He answered all our questions with ease and never had us feeling pressured to purchase any extras. We were looking for a 4Runner. A must was a 4x4. After looking at some used ones we decided on a new one. On Jan 8 we went Arlington and talked to Rinnell Gillis. She answered all questions and is well informed. She looked up when a new 4Runner that fit our needs would be in. To our amazement, she said it would be in on Monday the 10th. We decided to go test drive it on Sunday, Jan 16 and left with a new car. Rinnell did a great job. Looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership!

Great dealership. Paul Ponte was great with helping me purchase a new 2021 Sienna that came out of nowhere. I called from out of town, and he was able to hold the Siena for delivery until I could get over to Jacksonville. He kept me updated constantly and sent pictures of the van when it arrived at their facility. He was friendly, honest and straight up. I will certainly reach out to Arlington Toyota for future auto purchases based on this buying experience. Yes, Paul Ponte made it happen. A great executive sales manager and a real genuine person with a great personal story.

We did the online application for pre-approval and then went in on our day off to pick out the car and sign the paperwork. So smooth and easy. Had a great and smooth car shopping experience. Ibo was so patient and awesome. He did not pressure me and was more than willing to show me as many cars as I wanted to see. He answered any and every question I had and if he didn’t know an answer, he was not hesitant to get the info for me. We went from one end of the dealership to the other and he was just as excited and friendly by the end (four hours later) as he was when we first started. Thank you, Ibo!

Liars, idiots, or both. Sold me a truck that was still in transit. Salesmen spent 20 mins checking with the sales manager to double check it was still available for purchase, it was. Get a call from the same sales manager a week later saying the truck I had already paid a deposit for was actually sold already. They are either ridiculously incompetent or straight lied to me to scam me into another truck (what I think happened). This truck is still on the website listed for sale, it’s a trap and Arlington is scamming.

When we arrived at Arlington Toyota, Igor Pascari was waiting outside to welcome us in.. He was/is a gentleman and made sure we were comfortable as we viewed possible cars to own. I chose one car signed all the paperwork and Igor made sure the tag got put on my new (to me) car. Unfortunately I had to return the car I chose, but Igor, Daniel(financing) and Ricardo(financing), didn’t miss a beat! I am now the happy satisfied owner of a 2019 Toyota Camry!! All cars have an $1800 upcharge on top of dealer fee above advertised price. Hard sell on maintenance contract and gap insurance will not take no for an answer to the point of rudeness. Very Condescending, bad interest rate despite 800 credit score, disjointed selling process.

Never buy from Arlington Toyota! Terrible experience, just to take possession of the vehicle took over 3.5 hours. I was able to buy a $120,000 Tesla in about 20 minutes. Picking up the Tesla was a wonderful experience, far from this crap show. They do a HARD upsell on the last step. I had to repeatedly say that we didn't want that. Something that started at $120 a month ended up only being $10 a month. They try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Nothing they said was true. They said that the vehicle would be in in about a week, took three. Said MANY times that you can bring the vehicle back for a refund, not true, you can bring it back for an in store credit but not a refund. They do not own their mistakes. We repeatedly told them that we wanted leather, they forgot to put it on the list and we had to come out of pocket for the leather seats. They said that the seats would be $899, when we went to check out they were $999. AND THE DEALERSHIP WOULD NOT BUDGE ON PRICE. Although we didn't haggle with any of the pricing, we paid sticker and didn't question the original price of the seats. Botton line DON'T BUY FROM Arlington Toyota. They will take advantage of the sellers market.

If you want to buy a Toyota and you MUST pay more for it... here is the place to go... Sticker price is suggested but not accepted. You'll pay almost 2K for a package of unimportance and you cannot negotiate it off the price... Gouging at it's best. There are better respected dealerships out there. Keep driving, you will save a lot more money in the long run... Trade...? There's no trading in car sales... or at least that is how it appeared here...

I bought a $55,000 car from Arlington Toyota and they said if there was something wrong with it that we could bring it back. We'll 10 days later we find out that Arlington Toyota sold us a car with transmission issues and now they refuse to make it right and they want us to pay the $6000 for the transmission plus the taxes to bring it back! Arlington Toyota is deceitful and disrespectful to us when we called. This is by far the worst place to buy a car and now I know why Arlington Toyota wanted us to leave the review on Google before we signed the papers. Rick Doran and Richard Reese were very rude to us when we called with a concern on a purchase. We were hung up on several times. These guys are crooks!
