Very Happy with my car and the experience. Matt Mosteiko was my sales guy. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very respectful and didn’t try to over sell me. Which is what I wanted. I actually had looked around and talked to a couple of other dealerships speaking to other sales people that acted like the bad sterio type and made a Hard No decision. Recently, my family has faced many challenges—from my medical setbacks and surgeries that kept me from working most of last year and this year, to ongoing issues with our vehicles. When we visited this dealership, it was honestly a moment of us testing our luck. We had already been in contact with about six dealerships and had even purchased another vehicle elsewhere while waiting on title clearance. At this dealership, we were greeted by Owen, a younger-looking sales representative. At first, I was a little hesitant, but I decided to stick with him—I like rooting for the underdog. I’m so glad I did. Owen was polite, informative, and genuine. What he didn’t know, he didn’t pretend to; instead, he made sure we got the right answers. I had already completed a pre-approval online and had two cars in mind. One was pulled up for us, but unfortunately, the other sold before we arrived. During our test drive, I noticed some minor damage inside and out, and since the car was being sold as-is, I was cautious. However, I appreciated that the listed price was fair—I checked against Kelley Blue Book and other sites, and it aligned well. Our situation wasn’t easy. We didn’t have money for a down payment, our credit is still in repair, and although we considered trading in our old vehicle, Toyota valued it at $500. Another dealership had offered $1,600, but we were waiting on out-of-state title paperwork. Owen didn’t let these challenges discourage him. He spoke with his account manager, who was also very professional and skilled with numbers, and together they worked hard to find us a deal. After a lot of back and forth, they presented us with an option: a slightly higher monthly payment, but zero down, and we could leave that same night while keeping our old vehicle. We accepted. To make things even better, Lian stepped in and found a way to improve the deal further once he reviewed my husband’s income. Throughout the process, another customer even came over and told me, “God said this is your car and the deal will work out”—and it did. I’ve had no issues with the vehicle so far, and while I still plan to get it inspected, I’m praying it remains in great shape. This experience meant more than just buying a car. As a mother of six who has been stranded on the side of the road more times than I can count, this purchase gave me peace of mind and stability for my family. Owen and Lian went above and beyond, not knowing the full extent of what we’ve been through. I will never go anywhere else. They have earned a customer for life—and when my kids are ready to buy their first cars, I’ll be sending them straight here. Thank you, Owen and Lian, for blessing my family in more ways than one.🥹😍
