This makes the second vehicle we have bought from Arlington Toyota in the past 2 years. All of the staff are professional and courteous. Richard Mendoza, our salesman is hands down the best. Our first visit with him was with my daughter. She knew what she wanted before we ever got to the dealership so it didn’t take a terrible amount of time but even still Richard was amazing. This time around my wife needed a vehicle due to an unfortunate accident. She did not know what she wanted. Richard had the patience of Job. I was starting to feel the stress after we surpassed the 4 hour mark. I was worried that we were going to ruin Richard’s whole day and go home empty handed. He stayed calm and just as friendly the entire time. He even shared his lunch with my whole family as we were waiting at his desk. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Emir (I know I’m spelling his name wrong). He handled our financing and made the process very easy. He answered all of my questions that I had and even laughed at my jokes as I was signing me documents. If you’re looking at buying a new vehicle go here first.

Had the most wonderful vehicle buying experience ever!!!!! Owen went above and beyond what we ever could have expected in a salesman. Even with knowing at the time we weren't buying that day, and even though it was cold,windy and drizzling he took us through the entire lot and showed us everything we were interested in.
