I went to look for a car for my oldest and help her process a deal. We walked out with a fantastic deal and so many laughs. Was far from painful and actually the complete opposite. Probably one of the best experiences of my life at dealership. Especially being stupid and going on Black Friday. Latasha W the sales person was great and we kept her laughing her sales manager Roger we kept on his toes and he came through. To save the best for at Frank Millan the finance manager was the best finance manager I have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend Arlington in the future to anyone.

I went to Arlington Toyota 10 years ago and had a horrible experience with a sexist salesmen so I was hesitant to come back. HOWEVER, I’m so glad I did!!! We worked with Trenton, Landi, and Frank and they were incredible! They were respectful, patient, and helpful without being pushy. They were genuine and treated me like an equal. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a good experience here that I had to mention it. The dealership itself was great — everyone was friendly and the process was smooth — but the person who really made the difference was Ali Saeed. Ali was honestly the best salesperson I’ve dealt with. He wasn’t pushy at all, actually listened to what I needed, and took his time walking me through options without making me feel rushed. He answered every question clearly and made the whole experience a lot less stressful than I expected. If you’re planning to buy a car, definitely ask for Ali. He made the entire process easy, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. I’d 100% come back because of him.

Alan, my Salesman was very patient and knowledgeable with his information on the vehicles we wanted to look at and no matter how many we wanted to view he would chase down the keys with enthusiasm! As the day went on it became challenging once the finance team joined because the numbers continuously changed but we finally sealed the deal! I still have a question for Lian about the maintenance fee $999 that was added at the end and want to know what it is for. There was a question about purchasing the extended warranty separately in two weeks so my payments would stay at $486 however he told me that it had to be done that day wrapped into the loan after being told I could pay it in two to three weeks. Now my payment is around $50 more monthly! I love my new ride! Wanda
