One of the best car buying experiences by far. We were greeted by Rafael. Very impressed with his knowledge of the inventory that was on stock. He was very kind and very patient.He was also able to answer a lot of questions that we threw at him. So if you were to ever stop by, make sure to ask for Rafael. And you will see what I mean. Roger and Matt were the second half of my team who helped us through the process. They made everything clear up front. They worked with us, and for that I am truly grateful. ☺️ All I can say is thank you❤️

I seen something I like on the website and he got in contact with me right away. He worked with my schedule and made accommodations for me. He helped me find something better for a good price than what I was looking at. Took me on a test drive and showed me all the hidden details within the car. He listened and made sure I was satisfied. He’s not like other dealers he cares. When we talked numbers he got us to where I want and gave us a huge discount and also got me cheap insurance. Alejandro is the best sales man. I went to Arlington Toyota to visit them once again. I stopped in Arlington Toyota almost 3 years ago and bought our first car with them. I wanted a newer truck so my husband and I stopped in and Anoki was really great with us, very inform and kind to us. Anoki was able to get us the truck we wanted and to my surprise it was the color I always loved (he did not know this). We drove out of Arlington Toyota in our new 2026 Toyota Tacoma! My salesman Jeff, was very professional and knowledgeable on the car I wanted. If I asked something he didn't know, he went out and got me a answer. He kept me in the loop on the status of my car that was being shipped, so that I could prepare myself accordingly when it arrived. He walked me through all the paperwork and made my transition seamless. Once my car arrived, he walked me through all the warranties and actually sat in the car with me getting my toyota properly connected to all my services. He is a tremendous asset to his field, and more important a great person. I would definitely recommend Toyota and Jeff to anyone I know wanting a Toyota
