I cannot recommend the service department at Arlington Toyota enough. I did not have an appointment for service on Monday morning but I needed to have one of the plastic panels underneath the car reattached. The advisor said that it would be a couple of hours so I said I would call an Uber and go home. Arlington Toyota called me an Uber. When I returned to pick up the car, I expected to be charged for both the time to repair my car and the Uber. Instead, they said, No charge and have a nice day. We won’t buy from anyone else but Arlington Toyota!!!
